We understand that everyone's schedule is different, and that's why we offer a flexible attendance package with two ticket structures that is tailored to your needs.
Our Full Access ticket allows participants to attend the program for the full five days with their own choice of lodging. This option is perfect for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the program and make the most out of their learning experience.
Alternatively, our Single-Day Access ticket allows participants to pick and choose any day they want to attend the program. This option is ideal for those who have busy schedules but still want to benefit from the program's educational and networking opportunities. The fee for the Single-Day Access ticket is per day, so you only pay for the days you attend.

No, the ticket does not include accommodation. Participants are responsible for reserving their own lodging. However, we do have recommendations for accommodations in the area. We recommend:
These hotels are conveniently located near the conference center and offer comfortable and affordable lodging options for our program attendees. Additionally, these locations have great food and beverage options for your convenience. We encourage you to make your reservations early to ensure you get the best rates and availability.

Reservations cancelled before December 1, 2023 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations after that date.
If you're staying at the AC Marriott, we provide two-way transportation to the conference center at the beginning and end of each day.
If you're staying at another hotel, we recommend arranging your own transportation. There are several transportation options available in the area, including taxis, ride-sharing services, and rental cars.
If you plan on driving your own vehicle, please inform us beforehand so that we can register your vehicle for parking at the conference center.
We want to ensure that you have a smooth and stress-free experience at our program, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.
The suggested dress code for all activities in the program is smart/business casual. Please note that Miami is famous for sunny and warm days year-round, but it can be chilly in the evening during the winter months. We recommend packing light clothes with a light jacket for layering to adjust to the change in temperature.
For the Miami food tour on Wednesday, we highly recommend comfortable outfits, such as comfortable shoes and short-sleeved button-downs, as we will be walking throughout areas well-known for sunshine. Also, please be prepared for possible showers, although winter is the least rainy season in Miami.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident at all times, so please feel free to dress accordingly.
